1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between efb77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the efb77 website located at https://efb77.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the efb77 registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You also agree to the efb77 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

efb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, efb77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Services.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary or communication, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use efb77 and its Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. efb77 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players aged under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or engaging in any gambling activity on efb77.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your jurisdiction before using efb77.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have requested through efb77 itself.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party when placing bets or managing your account.
• You must not have been previously suspended or had an account closed by efb77 for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

efb77 employs age and identity verification procedures consistent with responsible gambling standards. Before processing any withdrawal above the minimum threshold, efb77 will require verification of your identity and age. Accepted documents for verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified will result in suspension of your withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

Underage Gambling Prevention

efb77 takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously. If efb77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend the account, withhold any funds deposited or won, and report the matter to relevant authorities. 3. Account Registration

To access the full range of efb77 Services, you must register a personal account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active efb77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address, or through a different device or connection — is strictly prohibited. efb77 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds or winnings derived from those accounts may be forfeited at efb77's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your efb77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. efb77 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number, which can be configured in your account security settings. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify efb77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Information Updates

If any of your registered account details change — including your mobile number, email address, or bKash/Nagad wallet number — it is your responsibility to update your efb77 account promptly. efb77 cannot be held responsible for failed deposits, failed withdrawals, or failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on efb77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). efb77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your efb77 account within minutes of a successful transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 business hours to reflect in your account balance, depending on the originating bank.
• efb77 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid Bangladesh NID or passport.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours for bKash and Nagad; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• efb77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or terms abuse.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account has an active bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

Currency

Your efb77 wallet operates entirely in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees. Any amounts displayed in your account, in promotional materials, or in transaction records are in Bangladeshi Taka unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Failed or Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account but the corresponding payment is subsequently reversed, charged back, or disputed by you or your payment provider, efb77 reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, your account will be placed into a negative balance status and access will be restricted until the outstanding amount is settled.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

efb77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• efb77 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any action already taken in reliance on a promotion in good faith will be honoured.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, or collusion — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts closed.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the efb77 platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to players making their first deposit only and cannot be combined with other deposit bonuses unless the promotion terms explicitly permit this.

Seasonal Promotions

efb77 periodically offers seasonal promotions timed around major events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. These promotions are subject to their own individual terms and are available for a limited time only.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or wager on efb77, you agree that you understand the rules of the relevant game, market, or event, and that you accept the outcome as final once confirmed by the Platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets. efb77 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any market at any time.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted until markets are officially suspended for that event. Bets placed after a market has been suspended may be voided at efb77's discretion.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required minimum play has been completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the efb77 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. These limits are published in the efb77 Sports Betting Rules and may be updated periodically.

Casino and Live Casino Games

• All casino games on efb77 use certified RNG technology or are hosted by licensed live dealer studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game and must be observed at all times.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, efb77 will use the game provider's server records to determine the correct outcome of that round. efb77's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid by the game provider and are subject to that provider's verification and payout processes. efb77 will facilitate payment to the winning player's account once funds are received from the provider.

Crash Games and Dice

Crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) and dice games on efb77 use provably fair algorithms. Game results are generated independently and cannot be altered by efb77 or the player after a round has commenced. Players are responsible for placing their cash-out instructions in a timely manner; failure to do so before the round ends will result in the stake being lost.

Void Bets

efb77 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, data feed error, manifest pricing error, or where a bet has been placed on an event or market that was offered in error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. efb77 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from voided bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the efb77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in a report being made to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Money Laundering: Using efb77 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. efb77 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Duplicate Accounts: Creating more than one account to obtain multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or markets, including in live poker or live dealer environments.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between efb77 and other platforms or markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with efb77 support staff or other players.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

efb77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• A player has requested self-exclusion through the efb77 Responsible Gaming tools.
• A court order, regulator direction, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be frozen or closed.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your efb77 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed back to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. efb77 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. A monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 (or the remaining account balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactive period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation can be completed by simply logging in to your efb77 account.

Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting efb77 support in writing at [email protected]. Include your registered username, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. efb77 will acknowledge your appeal within 5 business days and provide a final decision within 20 business days of receiving all required information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, efb77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

efb77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your efb77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

efb77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. efb77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10. Governing Language & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Any notices, communications, or legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute between you and efb77 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to resolution through binding arbitration or the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available to you as a player in Bangladesh.

efb77's internal complaints procedure requires players to first submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. efb77 will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
